Sophie, a trained hotel manager, worked for several years in renowned hotels in Germany and Switzerland.
Today she realizes her vision here in Uruguay together with her brother Julius, who is a skilled craftsman, and has created Isla de las Rosas, a glamping and wellness retreat right by the sea.
