Sophie discovered her passion for hospitality early on. Her career took her through some of Europe's most prestigious luxury hotels, where she spent several years perfecting her expertise in service, management, and personalized guest care.
When she moved to Uruguay, she finally made her dream of building her own project a reality.
Together with her brother Julius, who completed his craftsmanship training with distinction in the luxury sauna segment, they created a sibling-run project here — built with care and made by hand.
As a family business, we place great importance on genuine hospitality, warmth, and personalized attention.

Julius Hauser
Julius completed his training as a skilled craftsman in Germany with honors, combining German precision with a passion for handcrafted work. Today he brings that expertise to Isla de las Rosas, where he leads technical operations and maintenance. His commitment to quality ensures every space lives up to the experience we want to offer you.
